Netflix Releases Fullmetal Alchemist The Final Alchemy Film in India on September 24
The second of the two live-action sequel movies in the Fullmetal Alchemist series, Fullmetal Alchemist The Final Alchemy (Hagane no Renkinjutsushi: Kanketsu-hen - Saigo no Rensei), is scheduled for release in India on September 24 according to Netflix.
A cast from the first live-action Fullmetal Alchemist film is present in both of the sequels. The movies star Rysuke Yamada as Edward Elric (a Hey! Say! JUMP member and the live-action Nagisa from Assassination Classroom), Atomu Mizuishi as Alphonse Elric (voice and motion capture), Tsubasa Honda as Winry Rockbell (live-action Blue Spring Ride's Futaba), and Dean Fujioka as Roy Mustang (live-action Happy Marriage!?).
New cast members include:

- Keisuke Watanabe as Ling Yao
- Yuki Yamada as Solf J. Kimblee

- Kokoro Terada as Selim Bradley
- Long Meng Rou as May Chang
- Haruhi Ryо̄ga as Izumi Curtis
Other returning cast members include:
- Misako Renbutsu as Riza Hawkeye
- Kanata Hongou as Envy
- Ryuta Sato as Maes Hughes
- Shinji Uchiyama as Gluttony
Fumihiko Sori (live-action Ping Pong) returned to direct the films.
Kanketsu-hen - Fukushsha Hagane no Renkinjutsushi The movie Scar, which debuted on May 20 in Japan, centers on Edward fighting the character Scar. In its first three days, the movie made 96,503,050 yen, which is roughly $754,800. It finished the opening weekend at #9. In India, Netflix is now showing the first movie, Fullmetal Alchemist: The Revenge of Scar. The ultimate battle is depicted in Hagane no Renkinjutsushi: Kanketsu-hen - Saigo no Rensei, which debuted on June 24 in Japan.
The movies celebrate Hiromu Arakawa's original Fullmetal Alchemist manga's 20th anniversary.
Prior to its December 2017 Japanese release, the first live-action movie had its world premiere at the Tokyo International Film Festival in October 2017.
