Netflix U.S. to Release Fullmetal Alchemist The Final Alchemy on September 24
The second of the two live-action sequel movies in the Fullmetal Alchemist trilogy, Fullmetal Alchemist The Final Alchemy (Hagane no Renkinjutsushi: Kanketsu-hen - Saigo no Rensei), will be added to Netflix US on September 24.
The anime series Cyberpunk: Edgerunners will also be added by the firm in September, as was originally stated, with a previous listing of September 13. On September 1, Drifting Home by Studio Colorido will be available on Netflix, along with episodes 13 through 24 of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean, and on September 23, Pokémon: The Arceus Chronicles.

The movie' director, Fumihiko Sori (live-action Ping Pong), is back.
On May 20, the Japanese television series Hagane no Renkinjutsushi: Kanketsu-hen - Fukushsha Scar premiered. It centers on Edward's conflict with the character Scar. In its first three days, the movie made 96,503,050 yen, which is roughly $754,800. It finished the opening weekend at #9. On August 20, Netflix US started streaming the movie. The ultimate battle is depicted in Hagane no Renkinjutsushi: Kanketsu-hen - Saigo no Rensei, which debuted on June 24 in Japan.
The movies celebrate Hiromu Arakawa's original Fullmetal Alchemist manga's 20th anniversary.
Prior to its December 2017 Japanese release, the first live-action movie had its world premiere at the Tokyo International Film Festival in October 2017.
